Billing & Credits

The Subscription section is found in the sidebar. Every booking successfully sent consumes 1 credit — regardless of how many documents are issued.
Draft documents do not consume credits during the free trial period. Once the trial ends (credits billing mode), each draft send consumes 1 credit.

3

Complete payment

You’re redirected to Stripe for secure payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe — you’ll receive an invoice for your purchase.
4

Activation

Credits appear in your account immediately after payment confirmation.

Auto Top-up

Prevent invoicing interruptions by setting up automatic credit renewal:
1

Enable Auto Top-up

SubscriptionAuto Top-up section → “Enable Auto Top-up”
2

Set the Top-up Threshold (credits)

4

Add a card

A saved card is required — click “Add Card” if you don’t have one yet.
If the automatic charge fails 1–2 times, the status shows “Payment failed” and the system will retry automatically. After 3 consecutive failures, Auto Top-up is automatically disabled and the status shows “Disabled”. Check your card and re-enable manually.

Card expiry

A badge appears next to your saved card when it is approaching expiry (“Expiring soon”) or has already expired (“Expired”). We also send you a reminder email when your card expires within the current or next month, so you can update it in time and avoid a failed charge. To change your card: Subscription“Change Card”.

Grace Period

If credits run out, you continue sending during the Grace Period — your balance goes negative and is settled automatically on your next purchase.

View all purchases, sends, auto top-ups, and refunds under: Subscription“Transaction History” tab Each row shows: date, type (Purchase, Send to Elorus, Auto Top-up, Refund, etc.), credit amount, and new balance.
