Billing & Credits

The Billing & Credits section is found under Credits in the sidebar. Every booking successfully sent consumes 1 credit — regardless of how many documents are issued.
Draft documents do not consume credits — creating drafts is free.

Billing periods

Free Trial Period

30 days of unlimited sends at no cost for new accounts. Credits are not consumed during this period.

Grace Period

When credits run out, you can continue sending documents even with 0 credits, until you purchase more.

Buying credits

1

Go to Credits

Select Credits from the sidebar → “Buy Credits” tab
2

Choose a package

Select the package that matches your volume and click “Buy Now”.
3

Complete payment

You’re redirected to Stripe for secure payment. All payments are processed securely via Stripe — you’ll receive an invoice for your purchase.
4

Credits appear in your account immediately after payment confirmation.

Auto Top-up

Prevent invoicing interruptions by setting up automatic credit renewal:
1

Enable Auto Top-up

CreditsAuto Top-up section → “Enable Auto Top-up”
2

Set the Top-up Threshold (credits)

How many credits must remain for an automatic purchase to trigger (e.g. 10 credits).
3

Select Package

Which package should be purchased automatically each time.
4

Add a card

A saved card is required — click “Add Card” if you don’t have one yet.
If the automatic charge fails 3 times, Auto Top-up is automatically disabled and the status shows “Payment failed”. Check your card and re-enable.

Grace Period

If credits run out, you continue sending during the Grace Period — your balance goes negative and is settled automatically on your next purchase.
