Account activation & Free trial
To get started with Etherly Sync, you complete a few quick activation steps. You don’t enter the main panel until they’re all done — the app always sends you to the next missing step.Activation steps
Verify email
After signing up you receive a confirmation email. Click the link to verify your email. (You can request a resend if it doesn’t arrive.)
Verify phone
Enter your phone number in international format (e.g.
+306900000000), receive a code by SMS, and enter it to verify.If you see “We could not send the verification code”, there is a temporary problem delivering the SMS — try again shortly. “Too many attempts” means you requested several codes in a short time; wait a few minutes before retrying.Company & contact details
Fill in your billing details. You can look up your company by VAT number (ΑΦΜ) to auto-fill, or enter details as an individual. Add your contact name too.
Finish activation
Once the above are complete, you enter the panel. The final step depends on your billing mode:
- Subscription: your free trial starts automatically (the length — typically 14 days — is shown on the activation screen) and you get a welcome email with the end date.
- Credits: the screen shows “Activation complete” and you go straight into the panel, running on credits (no trial). Your account may start with a credits gift — you’ll see it in the transaction history as “Signup gift”.
The activation steps (email, phone, company details, Hosthub, Elorus) are the same for everyone, regardless of billing mode. Only the final step differs: starting the trial for subscription vs. finishing directly for credits.
Free trial — subscription accounts
- The trial starts only when you complete all activation steps — not at registration.
- You get full access for the whole trial (typically 14 days — the exact length and end date are shown on the activation screen and in the welcome email).
- If you subscribe before it ends, the trial stops and you continue normally.
- If the trial ends without a subscription, invoice sending is blocked until you subscribe (your data is preserved).
Until activation is complete, you only see the activation flow — not the main panel. This ensures your account is ready to issue correct invoices from day one.
